Lows will be in the 20’s for the rest of the area. Also just because you are in the 30’s, especially if you are close to the 20’s and 30’s temp line. Doesn’t mean you can’t see temps in the upper 20’s. Temps will be in the upper 20’s for those forecasted to see lows in the 20’s overnight as well.

The transition from rain to snow will happen overnight into Monday morning. Some snow could also be a little intense at times. Snow will last through your morning commute, the afternoon, and evening. Snow will eventually taper off Tuesday morning.

Wind gusts could go past 40 mph close to 50 mph. Make sure to move any loose objects indoors. Power outages also can’t be ruled out today. If you are driving in a high profile vehicle you will also feel the winds today.

Rain will move south of the area and stay south around midnight. Snow will stay with us past midnight through the early morning hours of Saturday. Snow will begin to taper off either before or around 4 a.m. Saturday.

Snow will be light when it first start falling. Snow will continue to fall through Saturday morning picking up in intensity throughout the morning. Most snow looks like it will fall real early Saturday morning as well. Snow will then begin tapering off late Saturday morning. Snow should be finished falling by noon on Saturday.
